There are twenty, (16 on the website) original watercolors that create a visual journey of the Decorah artist, Douglas A. Eckheart, and his extensive international explorations. These images include artworks based on Nassau Bahamas, New Zealand, Norway, Mexico and Western Europe. This exhibit is designed as a teaching/learning experience for the viewer. Each work is displayed with notations in written form to educate and further inform the viewer about the place, event, cultural and its historical significance.
